New South Family Medicine is hiring an experienced NP or PA for our Direct Primary Care practice in Fort Mill. 

Our providers care for a panel of about 600 patients, which gives them time to know every patient by name, history, and goals, and to build care around prevention as much as treatment.

We’re a physician-led practice serving individuals, families, and local employer groups across the Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Charlotte area. Members pay a monthly membership instead of billing insurance, so they get same- or next-day visits, direct messaging with their care team, and appointments long enough to talk about what matters.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Full-scope primary care for patients of all ages, in person and by telehealth, including BHRT within scope. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a shared on-call rotation about one week in five. You’ll practice alongside Dr. Jason Perey and Dr. David Mendelsohn, on a team that covers for each other and asks “how can I help” first.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
An active South Carolina NP or PA license (or eligibility before your start date), at least two years of primary care experience, and a provider who is honest with patients, owns their work from start to finish, and keeps growing. A North Carolina license is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER
Base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, plus an annual panel bonus. Generous paid time off and paid holidays, annual CME support, malpractice coverage, health, dental, and 401(k) after 90 days, and a complimentary DPC membership.
