Young Explorers Enrichment Center (YEEC) is hiring a part-time Program Site Coordinator and Program Staff for our Before/After School Care program at Harrisburg Global Academy in Indian Land, SC.   

Schedule: Monday–Friday (School days only)

Key Responsibilities

Site Coordinator: Supervise staff, manage daily site operations, ensure licensing compliance, grow enrollment, and connect with stakeholders.

Shared & Program Duties: Ensure child safety, communicate effectively with parents and team members, lead engaging activities (games, arts/crafts, tutorial time), and manage snack setup and cleanup.

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills

Passion for youth development

Willingness to complete required staff development training
