Winthrop Esports, one of the fastest growing programs in the country with two national championship titles, is proud to celebrate the grand opening of their new esports center in the historic Lowenstein Building at University Center. The nearly 6500 square foot space has been transformed into a state-of-the-art esports lab, allowing the program to expand into more varsity teams and a club division. Additionally, the new lab will enhance involvement with the local gaming community through an exciting partnership with local esports organization, The Modern Arcade.

All are welcome as we celebrate this incredible growth milestone while supporting the esport leaders and elite gamers who are gaining national attention for Winthrop University and our York County community.
