Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our CHP team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health settings and possess a diverse skill set to provide comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities
- Following the doctor's orders and treatment plan
- Collaborating with other medical professionals
- Conducting screenings and evaluations and monitoring patients
- Educating clients and family members
- Communicating with other care team members
- Documenting all treatments, medication managements and other patient care aspects in EMR
- Perform other essential duties as needed

Skills
- Proficiency in psychiatry care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient care, and medication management care practices
- Strong decision-making and professional judgement
- Familiarity with Cerner, BestNotes and other electronic health record systems
- Understanding of psychiatric conditions and treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration

Job Types: Part-time
