Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:  Political Action Committee Project Coordination

  • Review and coordinate campaign event schedules to create a Washington, DC itinerary.
  • Prepare briefing papers for meetings with Members of Congress.
  • Organize employee database and prepare materials for solicitation campaign.
  • Review PAC Match participants, and designated organizations, and coordinate funding.
  • Assist with preparation of other PAC materials such as the Annual Report, program presentations, and PAC updates to eligible employees.

 

Public Affairs Support

  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, etc. for the public affairs team.
    • Quarterly public affairs report
    • Mill Fact sheets
    • Interactive public affairs legislative map
  • Maintain public affairs budget and processed invoices.
  • Maintain extensive contact and facilities lists.
  • Maintain filing system for contracts and invoices.
  • Arrange meeting details.
  • Arrange and troubleshoot IT issues with the team.
  • Assist with US lobby filings as needed.
