Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Political Action Committee Project Coordination
- Review and coordinate campaign event schedules to create a Washington, DC itinerary.
- Prepare briefing papers for meetings with Members of Congress.
- Organize employee database and prepare materials for solicitation campaign.
- Review PAC Match participants, and designated organizations, and coordinate funding.
- Assist with preparation of other PAC materials such as the Annual Report, program presentations, and PAC updates to eligible employees.
Public Affairs Support
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, etc. for the public affairs team.
- Quarterly public affairs report
- Mill Fact sheets
- Interactive public affairs legislative map
- Maintain public affairs budget and processed invoices.
- Maintain extensive contact and facilities lists.
- Maintain filing system for contracts and invoices.
- Arrange meeting details.
- Arrange and troubleshoot IT issues with the team.
- Assist with US lobby filings as needed.
