Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Express Carwash Manager to oversee daily operations of our high-volume, express-style carwash facility. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment while driving performance and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities : 

- Oversee daily operations of the carwash, including equipment maintenance, customer service, and employee management.

- Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a team-oriented culture.

- Monitor wash quality and ensure proper functioning of all equipment.

- Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

- Track KPIs such as wash volume, labor hours, and membership growth.

- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, local laws, and environmental regulations.

- Collaborate with upper management to develop promotions, marketing efforts, and performance goals.

Physical Requirements :

- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor as needed.
