Join employers, workforce professionals, educators, economic development leaders, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community partners for Talent Flow 2026, an action-oriented workforce summit designed to strengthen York County's talent pipeline through employer-led collaboration.

This year's summit introduces the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) framework—a nationally recognized approach that empowers employers to define workforce needs, organize around shared challenges, and build sustainable talent solutions with the partners who support them.

Talent Flow 2026 will focus on four of York County's key industry sectors:

• Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics
• Healthcare
• Hospitality
• Small Business

Employers within these sectors will have the opportunity to identify their most pressing workforce needs and begin developing shared strategies to address them. At the same time, educators, workforce organizations, training providers, economic developers, nonprofit leaders, and community partners will play a vital role in the conversation by helping align programs, resources, and services with employer demand.

Together, participants will:

• Identify common talent challenges facing York County's priority industries.
• Connect employers with organizations that can help address workforce needs.
• Begin building sector partnerships that create stronger, more sustainable talent pipelines.
